Who We Are?
We are a team of highly motivated healthy lifestyle enthusiasts with a purpose to help people to reach their personal health and wellness goals. The best way to motivate others to adapt a healthy lifestyle is with our own transformation and weight loss journey. We strive to guide and educate people about eating right, making sensible food choices, meal planning and fitness tips.
All of us had a sedentary lifestyle and struggled with our own weight and energy levels grinding on our 9 to 6 careers even in our early 20’s. After trying out the try healthy life nutrition and fitness programs we lost some substantial weight and became quite active in life. We believe, weight loss is only a temporary goal and living a healthy life is a commitment you make for a lifetime.
Our mission is to assist all people who have been dealing with their weight and have given up, like we did a few years ago. Working professionals and New Moms, in particular, who find it difficult to stick to a normal weight loss regimen due to their hectic work schedules and family life. Losing weight is not hard, and I’ll repeat it again: “losing weight is not hard at all” provided you know the secrets of doing so in a healthy and sustainable manner.
